Awesome location & host!
Great location, home is clean with cute furniture. The host is super helpful and has added many upgrades to the spaces. I am traveling to Roanoke next year and already requested to book with Berlyn! i

Clean Space
The LL is a great communicator & open to suggestions. Overall Summary: -Roommates:1-4 including LL -Rooms: 2 bedrooms, study room, bathroom, kitchen, & living room upstairs. Laundry room & LLs personal space in the basement. Backyard off limits do to the LLs dogs. -Bathroom:1, stocked with toilet paper -Kitchen: Fully equipped. Buy your own season or replace what you use -Bedroom: TV, bed, linens, towels, & dresser -Neighborhood: Feels safe. Family oriented Side note: I personally found the room to be extremely overpriced based on the IRS Standards for Housing & Utilities in the area. The LL made an exception and allowed my dog to stay which was extremely kind of her. I worked nights and slept fine but if youre a light sleeper I recommend a noise-cancellation device.
