I have a cottage in the back of my property. In Hawai'i we call this an "ohana".
Think of it like this $2,000 includes utilities, would cost you (actually me) about $300. Its fully furnished, which is a ton of stuff you don't have to buy. There is even access to my washer and dryer, only a few steps away. Its a steal.

Tired Dave Cottage
This was an amazing place to stay for the summer. Especially for those working with the hospital the location is extremely convenient. Dave is a very accomodating landlord and does a good job maintaining the property and vehicle during the stay.

Paradise Found at Tired Dave's
Dave is an awesome landlord, whenever we needed something looked at with the ohana or corrolla it was taken care of immediately. Ohana was also a great place to live during our xray travel contract at MMM. It had everything to make my wife and I comfortable during our time there. It was also awesome driving around in the Maui Cruiser, super reliable vehicle! Thanks Dave!

Had a wonderful time staying at Daves Ohana! It had everything my husband and I could need. Dave was also a great landlord as well. When something in the ohana or Corolla needed to be looked at he was on it and fixed it right away. Super fun talking story with him and cruising around in the Maui cruiser! Thanks Dave!

Travel nurse stay
Highly recommend this place for a solo travel nurse. D was super helpful and accommodating. This Ohana was just perfect and I would stay here again if I had the chance. Highly recommend.
