Great property and location

Great property and location, within 5 minutes to Bay bridge to cross over to San Francisco. Within 5-10 minutes to hospitals located in Oakland. Very clean and well-maintained property. Newly updated kitchen and bathrooms, nice size rooms. Owners friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be looking to stay here next time I'm in Oakland.

Oakland Stay

This was one of the best places I have stayed at. First off the neighborhood was very safe and ample street parking which is so hard to come by in the city. The unit itself is well decorated and furnished. It has everything you need from linens to all cooking essentials. All new and updated furniture with laundry on site! Another plus! The house was quiet because we were all travelers and respected each other which was a plus. This was my first time doing a shared unit and it was cool to meet new people from all over. C and her sister set up really nice welcome packages for each guest to get you started and always answer if you need something. The unit is right off the highway, first exit off Bay Bridge, makes it easy to commute to SF for work. Also one block away a market, other shops, beauty store, all within walking distance. Restaurants close by too. I always felt safe to waIk. I ever find myself in the Bay Area again for another assignment, I would definitely stay here!

Optimal Renting Experience!

When I return to Oakland for another work assignment, my hope is this property is available again! The interior decor and layout of the unit creates a calming and relaxing environment which was appreciated after long shifts at work. My favorite space was the sitting area, where I spent many nights lounging, reading, and resting. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Having shopping and the freeway close by made life easier. The landlord was also extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the whole move-in process and even offered to take me around the neighborhood to get acclimated with the area. I'm so glad I found this gem of a unit. Highly recommend!

Awesome location and stay!

Im usually not a fan of shared spaces, HOWEVER, this place was perfect! Provided a key to the bedroom, multiple bathrooms, quiet and central to many restaurants, parks, and hospitals. Not too far from San Francisco or downtown Oakland, maybe midpoint. The house came fully equipped with everything except personals (soap, shampoo, etc). There are TVs in each bedroom and in the shared space as well. Also, Im pleased that there is a separate shared space with no TV in case youd like to read or meditate outside of the bedroom. Theres a washer and dryer on site so no having to find a laundromat! The landlord is not in house but is very responsive and close if anything is needed. I stayed so long, they became like family. I do appreciate them always respecting my privacy though. This is by far the best place Ive found in the Bay Area and I have been traveling here for almost a year. Would highly recommend!
