I stayed here for 3 months for an out-of-state clinical rotation. I feel lucky to have found this place because it was exactly what I needed. There is a stovetop, oven, essential kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, etc. which made my life easy because I didn't have to spend much to make this place liveable. The bed is comfy, all appliances work, and the shower heats up quickly. There are grocery stores and access to the highway less than 3 minutes away which were awesome. I also went jogging at the local track (Indian Trail) which felt very safe and is only 5 minutes away. J was very quick to reply to any questions I had and even offered a space heater when the temperature was cold. This is a great studio apartment type space for anyone who needs short-term housing. Downtown Johnson City is also pretty fun and close by. Overall, I would highly recommend this place because I was nervous about doing my rotation out of state, but this place is a big part of why I enjoyed my time in TN.
