Great area and cozy unit!

I stayed here for about a month for a crisis contract! I loved the area. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. There's a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hosts were very nice and responsive!

I stayed in this cottage for about two months. The property was perfect for what I was looking for. Had zero problems with the property. Dru and Mindi were extremely welcoming and responsive, yet lowkey. Convenient location - plenty of things to do nearby. Only 10 minutes from my workplace. Would highly recommend!

Well-appointed unit in an ideal neighborhood

This back cottage has everything you need when you move in. It's quiet, modern, and nicely put together. The location couldn't be better: everything you want is within close walking distance. Ideal for Mardi Gras, or really any time. The landlords are friendly, respectful, attentive, and low-key. I hope to return!

Private Cottage

Stayed while I was in town on business. Wi-Fi was strong and no issues being able to work in a quiet space. Location is close to tons of different places to eat and go have a beer. I was able to bring my dog with me which was a nice bonus since I travel a lot and he has to stay home a lot. I am here a lot for work so I will definitely be booking this place again.

LOVE the little hidden cottage

I5 stars is not enough for this adorable cottage!! Our stay was fantastic from the adorable couple that rents it out to the sweet little nervous pup that lives with the couple.Their dog is a little old and a little nosey(in a sweet way) and we didnt see her much but when we did it was a joy. Comes with a kitchen so you can save by having your own food. Oven wouldnt turn on first night (reset outlet) but owner was quick to help! My family of 4 stayed. My husband and two kids. I was a little worried if the space would be enough for us but it was perfect. The chairs turn into little beds for the kids so it was plenty of private space to sleep. There is a park with a playground and basketball and baseball area within walking distance which was great for the kids. Its in a quiet part of town but dead center of everything you want to do to experience New Orleans. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the zoo or streetcar. Seriously felt like being on vacation at home. Thank you so much !!

Best Place

great location, were close to coffee shop and gyms !! close to my job on tchop and barely and traffic . WiFi was always strong and consistent. Didnt see owners much, but when i did meet them they were super nice and helpful with anything i needed ! i like the gated option a lot bc New Orleans is crazy ! great place to stay , great prices and Amenities would highly recommend !

Great property

Right on bus line to quarter. Dog was so cute! Pizza Dominica is soo good. La Boulangerie is best bakery ever. Its close enough to walk to Anne rice house(its gonna be a walk) and WiFi strong enough for husband to work remotely. Also able to cook in oven and on hot plate and didnt feel like it was cramped despite being tiny house vibes. Awesome host!

Uptown Gated Back Cottage

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable and close to everything! Loved it! Has WiFi. Close to Audubon and Zaras grocery as well as Whole Foods. I loved the ice cream at creole creamery and walking in any direction helps you find something new! Since I am a Senior Citizen the remote control gate made you feel safe, the neighborhood was quiet. Owners very responsive but didnt bother me much. Had great recommendations any time I asked (Like the Creole Creamery). Absolutely would stay here again.

excellent stay

M and D were excellent hosts. The accommodations were quiet and so conveniently located. I loved that I could have my pet with me during my stay! Also very nice to have the in-unit washer and dryer. Loved that the property was gated as I was traveling alone. Highly recommend!
