Accommodating Owner, Comfortable, Peaceful stay

I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed in the master bedroom. The room was spacious and comfortable, with its own bathroom, writing desk, and small sofa. The neighborhood (despite being so close to highways, a train track, and the mall) was very quiet and peaceful! Nicole was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and she and Jacob often went above and beyond! Everyone in the house was a professional and showed respect for each other. I highly recommend this property.

Nicole to the Rescue!

Nicole came to my rescue when my housing fell through the day before my contract started. She is an amazing person and being a nurse herself, was empathetic and understanding of my housing emergency. Her place is well maintained, clean, and she is quick to address and resolve any problems or concerns her residents may have. (Parking was the only issue and that was worked out among tenants). The rent is affordable, with most other places of this size in area charging more $. I'd highly recommend renting here. I feel very blessed that I found her and consider her not only a great landlady but also a new friend!

Nicole was a wonderful landlord! Always available, and very responsive to the needs of the house! The rooms itself were very spacious and very well maintained! The location is very close HUMC and close to various public transportation that goes to NYC. I would highly recommend this property and this landlord!

Excellent stay for 2 months

Excellent place to stay. Comfortable and spacious. Quiet steet but very close to restaurants, parks, and public transportation. N was a great host and was such a pleasure to meet. This was my first experience using furnished finder and she made it flawless. Very happy to have come across the listing.

Clean and gorgeous

Clean, organized, Nicole was always available over the phone. I was only at her property for a month but she went out of her way ro help me out a few times and saved me from so many troubles to the point that I felt like I am at home with family support as oppose to an unfamiliar city. Her property is amazing and so is she. I was also very happy with my roommates and everyone was respectful l, quiet, private, yet social, friendly and supportive. I would definitely go back again. This place was a 10/10 for me.

Good owner, property and location

When I arrived my room was clean, and it came with everything that was advertised. Owner even added a ceiling fan with a remote and a small fridge. Owner is kind and responsive. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, and the bus top to NYC is 2 blocks away. Definitely would be back.

Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay. The location is perfect and everything is close by. Its a safe area to stay in and the owner are very nice and helpful. Communication meets my expectations on how fast they get back to you on any issues you may have. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay with very welcoming people.
