Great stay!!

The room was gorgeous and I had everything I needed. The house is beautiful and there was never a moment I felt uncomfortable. As a single female, most importantly I felt safe. It is in a great location, close to restaurants and lots of stores. There is also a nice gym nearby. If I could have renewed I wouldn’t have hesitated to continue to stay here. She is so kind, and always made sure I was comfortable.

Peaceful and Great place to stay

This place is very quiet and peaceful. Efina is a great host and she will go above and beyond to make sure my staying is comfortable and feel like home. The vibe of the house is super plus tropical plants in the house made me very homy and relax. It is very convenient for me, close distance to many hospitals, groceries, restaurants. I highly recommended this place to anyone, especially if you are healthcare traveler.

Great Stay!

This property and its host, E, are incredible, and I would definitely stay again! Great location in Frisco, and close to Plano. Very close to so many things and in a very nice neighborhood. The property has all your needs and very friendly hosts, who is just a text a way. More like a friend than a host! Friendly, and willing to accommodate to your needs if any, as well as give great recommendations. Very cute friendly dog as well!

Beautiful and Cozy

The location was close to where I was working. It had all the shopping and food restaurants I needed. The house is beautiful. It was a lot of space and never felt crowded. She has beautiful plants all around the inside and outside of the house. Her dog Tag was so sweet and friendly. He likes to cuddle. The whole house was very clean. The bedroom I was in was spacious as well snd there was a nice size T.V in my room with all the apps, and my own bathroom in my room which was very nice. The pool was beautiful and the lounge area by pool was nice to relax in as well. The neighbors seemed very friendly as well always waving and saying hello. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Home away from home

This was my first time using FF so I was apprehensive about what I would find. Traveling to a new place to work/live for months at a time can be a little uncomfortable but E (the owner of the property) offered to facetime with me after I expressed interest in staying at her listing. From the very first interaction, she was able to calm my nerves, answer any and every question and provide me with a sense of comfort. For the duration of my stay, I found her home to be very inviting, clean, organized, and everything I could want to relax and unwind after long days. E was incredibly thoughtful and was always available in case I needed anything. Another individual also lives in the home, but rest assured, everyone was very respectful of each other's space and privacy. Parking was right in front of the home which is such a huge convenience, and the location of the home was not only safe but super close to gas stations, grocery stores, gyms, etc. My stay truly felt like a home away from home.

Great Host and Property

This was my first time using this website so I was kind of nervous choosing a place I couldnt see first, but Ms E was very nice on the phone and even face timed with me to show the home. The room turned out to be even nicer and bigger than in the pictures and the golf course in the back made it feel like you werent in the city. Ms E was very accommodating and supplied pretty much everything I needed during my stay and even had extra items in the drawers if I ran out. I liked that the house was kept clean, especially the kitchen which is really important to me because I meal prep. And I had my own space in the fridge which was nice since theres another person living there as well. As far as location, it was so perfect. I worked in Mckinney and it was not a bad drive at all. Theres a grocery store and gas station around the corner and so many restaurants in the area too when I felt like having food delivered. I would definitely love to visit again if I ever go back because throughout

Amazing Stay!

E was an amazing landlord, she kept the place spotless and well furnished with everything you may need to make your stay that much more enjoyable. During my contract I worked both night and dayshift, E kept the house quite and her adorable pup Tag is as silent as a ninja in the night. The room was well equip with plenty of feminine products and cleaning supply. Well worth the price ! Cant wait to come back to Texas and rent with E .
