Perfect Place

I stayed here for almost a year. Landlord was awesome and easy to work with. Close to stores and golf course. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone to do the same

A Home Away from Home!

This place was an amazing gem. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and a quick trip to downtown. It was peaceful and quiet and close to many hospitals. Im a runner so I loved how close parks were. Lashaya was also very responsive with any concerns. I most definitely would rent this place again in the future!

Its a MUST that I leave a review for this property. The landlord was amazing, as she made the move-in process easy and stress-free. Upon my arrival, the condo was clean and very pleasant. It gave me a homey feel instantly. Being a travel healthcare worker, comfort, amenities, and affordability is very important. This place provides it all! From the appliances, in-unit washer & dryer, heating & AC, spacious rooms, comfortable mattress and pillows, and no noise from any of the neighbors. I can go on and on about the greatness of this unit. The location is right by I-225 and is less than 10 minutes away from several medical centers, shopping malls, and downtown Denver. Theres a grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance. Ive already recommended to friends and family who are planning to visit Denver and surrounding areas. I give this place two thumbs up
