Cozy home with the best hosts!

We stayed at Lori's place for 3 months, and it was great for us and our dog! The backyard is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the back porch. Down the street is a large open space that our dog loved for walks. The second bedroom has a great desk and chair which made it ideal for my partner to work from home. A nice kitchen with lots of countertop space. A wonderful, huge couch with multiple recliners was very cozy! Laundry is in the downstairs unit but was never an issue for us! Always available when we needed! Lori was a great host; we have been doing Furnished Finder for over a year now and we couldn't ask for a more attentive and accommodating host! Very responsive and always made sure we had what we needed. Lori's home was spotless at move in and had all we needed to just drop our bags and get to work. Lori went above and beyond, helping us out during our stay in ways we wouldn't even think to ask. Would have stayed longer if we didn't need to move to be closer to my job!

Wonderful Owner, Beautiful Place, Great Backyard

We stayed at L's place for only a week, intending to stay longer, but we bought a house much quicker than expected. L's place was very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, the office room was perfect as I worked remotely and it had a desk at the window, and there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two dogs. We loved running to Van Bibber Park every morning with the dogs as it's just down the street. The huge backyard gave us plenty of room to play with the dogs in. Parking was easy and the neighbors were very friendly. On top of all that, L was very easy to work with, communicated well, and was extremely understanding of our situation in buying a new house & that going faster than expected. I highly recommend choosing L's place to stay at. You'll feel like you're "home" immediately.

perfect, safe, beautiful location between Denver and the mountains! wonderful landlord

this is a lovely location on a private street with minimal traffic. I didn't even lock my car nightly! the neighbors and landlord are friendly and helpful. it is close to the highways so easy to commute, go to denver, or the mountains. however, you can stay on back roads to get anywhere you need-shopping, gyms, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking and biking trails- in fact you can access a myriad of massive paved trail systems from your front door. I have thoroughly enjoyed having park access in the neighborhood. I commuted for the year to UCHealth in Aurora. I was able to enjoy evenings on the hiking and biking trails nearby and weekends in the mountains. you can zip up to boulder or down to Morrison or even Colorado Springs easily. I tried to make the best out of living near red rocks amphitheater and enjoyed 3 shows at the epic outdoor venue as for the house, it is the nicest kitchen I have ever seen. the furniture is comfy and Lori is an absolutely wonderful person and landlord!
