Excellent Place to Stay

First of all, the landlord was very kind and professional. He made sure to have all the necessary details worked out contractually and ensured everything within the home was operating right. The condo itself was both quiet and cozy. As other reviewers have said, the property is exactly like the photos. During my stay, I had an opportunity to get the neighbors as well. They were also kind and friendly. I also appreciated the condo's proximity to the lake and a great shopping center. I highly recommend this location as a great option.

Manuk was a great landlord. He was very responsive and attentive. He changed the lighting in his dining area simply because I stated I disliked harsh lighting, which I appreciated very much. There are tons of stores around the area, and the surrounding areas of the condo is pretty quiet. It was hard to leave, but I found a permanent position and needed to move closer into Baltimore.

This property is exactly like the photos, very spacious, has everything you need, and located very close to everything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, random shopping stores, etc). It being on the top floor is nice making it quiet. I ended up staying well over a year due to contract extensions but the landlord was so accommodating! The whole process was easy and stress free. The landlord is very attentive, answers fast if there are any issues, and fixes them very quickly. Definitely recommend this place!
