Hi! I'm Phyllis Maffucci. My partner, Roger Wesenyak, and I own and mange the property. Roger is a contracts executive and I am a Somatic Practitioner and Spiritual Coach. We love living at the Jersey Shore and also enjoy spending time at our home in the Poconos as well as traveling. The Shore house is shared but your space is completely private with a separate entrance. and we are not always here 100% of the time.
