Lovely room in JP Duplex, beautiful neighborhood- Female only

Good location, uncomfortable property

This location is great if you are working in the Longwood area. Close to the orange line which leads you directly into Boston. This place is not equipped for night shifters. Very old building and the neighbors downstairs (and sometimes the roommate) are incredibly loud making it difficult to sleep. No curtains anywhere in the home creates a very bright environment for most of the day. Wifi is shared with the whole building so its spotty at the very best. There is a lofty cleaning fee attached to this room rental but the area was not clean at move in. The communication from the landlord (who lives in another state) leaves a lot to be desired.
