Great place downtown

Loved the loft. Large apartment that I felt comfortable in instantly. Furniture in great condition and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen area and super close to restaurants if you dont want to cook. Right off some great walking/running trails. Walls are thick so very minimal neighbor noise. Skyla is very responsive and helpful with any needs.

My favorite apartment while traveling!

Stayed here while working for Amedysis home health, I really wish my assignment was longer! The loft is absolutely lovely and Skyla is the sweetest, so helpful and understanding. Paying rent is easy, the location is awesome. My cat and I had a great time!

Recent Stay!

I loved my space ! It is exactly what you see. The linen was fresh and toiletries were an additional plus. I loved looking out my big windows to see the downtown area. I felt like the space was very spacious. In the 3 -month span - it was true what the landlord said that you'll barely see anyone. I felt like I had a lot of privacy. The light bulb for my kitchen was changed promptly. Lastly, the host was very responsive, responsible, extremely kind, and went above and beyond for me in my stay. I would come back !

Great host and location!

S and her Hidden Jem were great! Communication was always quick and efficient. The apartment was in an amazing location and loved being able to walk to anything I needed, for the most part. One of my favorite things about this hidden jem is the proximity to the black creek trail and James river. HIghly recommend this apartment/host. Thank you SO much! Will def rent from you again if I come back to Lynchburg! :)

Perfect stay for travel nurses

First off the owner, is amazing. My husband and I are both travel nurses and have stayed in our share of rentals this last year and a half and the relationship with the landlord/owner is so important. Shes super responsive and very easy to work with. Shes flexible and truly cares that were being taken care of. The space is wonderful, just an 8 minute drive to the hospital and sits right downtown next to the river. Shes appointed it well too, theres nothing weve needed. Very modern and super clean. Very glad we ended up in her spot!
