Great for student or working professional
I stayed 4+ months. This was perfect for me, a very clean and comfortable place to live. Very close to my work and close and easy to use public transportation. Walkable restaurants and an easy trip downtown and farmers market. Modern home and very accommodating landlord. I would stay again.
Awesome place
I stayed at this beautiful home for 3 months and only left because I relocated to Texas. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and huge which is important to me since Im a chef. It has everything you need to cook and enough dishes and space to have your friends over to hang out on the patio out back. The master bedroom is the perfect size for a couple and has drawers for all your clothes, but a large closet too. The second bedroom is perfect for your roommate or overnight guests, also with a large closet. The insulation and windows are great and although its on a busy street, its very quiet. I never was woken up at night despite being next to the road. Ive been in dozens of Airbnb's and Furnished finders in the last two years because of work and Cheryl is by far the coolest and friendliest host you will ever have. Look no further, cause this is home.
nice place
C was a good landlord and the house was super comfy.
Close to work and comfortable
Stayed here for three months as traveling nurses. Able to park the car in the driveway and it was always safe. The area has a number of homeless but we never felt unsafe. The bus stops right out front but isnt too disruptive. The home itself is nice and comfortable with a relaxing back patio. The owner lives above and is very accommodating to provide whatever you need. The only problems are with the mattresses. Both are uncomfortable. One is too hard and the other is a pillow top which is well used one one side. The house is new and the appliances are great but all the furnishings are used but adequate except for the mattresses.
