Great Place to Stay

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is beautifully decorated with a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Dave and Barb were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch that you dont always find when traveling. If youre looking for a comfortable place to stay with a homey feel and wonderful hosts, this is an excellent choice. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Cozy Cute and Clean

I stayed 3 months and absolutely loved this location. The property owners are very quick to respond to any questions and are super helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly. Sarasota was hit by 2 hurricanes during this time and the neighbors all came out to help clean up. If youre thinking about giving this little cottage a try, dont hesitate.

Clean, safe apartment

I had a great stay at this apartment. They had everything that you would need. The apartment was very clean. The owners were very kind and accommodating. The location is very safe and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Place To Stay At

D and B are excellent landlords and are good people. The apartment is comfortable and spacious located in beautiful Sarasota in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's close to the the Gulf beaches like Siesta Key and Lido Key Beaches. It's near I-75 if you want to travel to Tampa or Fort Myers. I enjoyed staying there it is nicely furnished. All appliances and electrical are fully operational. I highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Cute Little Unit

Cute little unit. Owners are kind and caring. M is a very friendly dog and easy to spoil. Great yard with lots of flowers and birds. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is not being able to control the thermostat. The owners were accomodating and tried to make it work. Any food or candle scents come into the unit because of the air flow. Otherwise a good experience.
