Couldn't have been better!
I can't imagine a better place. This is a very nice, newly renovated apartment below the home of the owners. Its super cozy, in a safe neighborhood, super close access to the coastal trail which I ran all the time, and easy access to the best of Anchorage. The landlords are also incredibly friendly, generous, and easy go get along with. My wife works from home and had no issues (besides occasional internet resets needed). Despite the owners having a baby and dog (and live above the unit) it was never loud. I'm sad to leave...I'd live here again without question!
