Wonderful property

My wife and I had never lived or worked in LA before, and we are so glad that we found this great property. Brandon and Jenny were super welcoming as we moved in and have been very responsive to any concerns. We appreciate the privacy fence around the driveway and property and felt cozy and secure. Also, the full size kitchen has been a nice treat. Our experience has been fantastic and we highly recommend staying here.

If you're looking for a place where it feels like family is just around the corner (without actually living in your space!), this is it.From the moment we arrived, Brandon and Jennifer, the landlords, made us feel like part of their family. They are genuinely some of the best people you could ask for as hostsalways attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.The privacy here is unmatched. The property is entirely gated, meaning you park your vehicle securely off the street, which adds an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. Plus, there's so much to do in the surrounding area. Whether you want to explore the local gems or head into downtown LA, which is less than 30 minutes away, you're perfectly situated. If you're looking for a place that offers comfort, security, and a personal touch, this is hands down the best!

great place to stay

Cozy home with great parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the kitchen and has a great outdoor space. Would recommend and would stay again if I get another contract in the area.

Highly Recommend

If you need a place for a month or six months, this is the place for you. Its a home away from home which is what it was for us. It is a very spacious and comfortable place with amazing hosts. B and J were very welcoming and accommodating. They were always there for whatever was needed. Location is secure and close to everything.

Brandon and J are excellent hosts. The home is updated and fully furnished. The location is so convenient for Dignity Northridge. Its a 7 minute walk from the house. The home is in a secure setting with a privacy fence and secured parking! The washer and dryer are an added bonus! Highly recommend staying here.
