I came here for a travel assignment on night shift. Marianne and Rob are absolutely wonderful people! They made sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. They always made themselves available and were respectful of your time. They were kind and made your stay special. The house is very clean and spacious. You have everything that you need and more. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. You are close to the hospital and all amenities needed. I would definetly stay here again. Thank you Marianne and Rob for making me feel at home so far away from my own home. You guys were amazing!

First, the hosts Marianne and Rob were so wonderful! I felt very well taken care of. They reach out to make sure I was okay and that everything was as I expected. They were very responsive and thought of everything anyone could need to have at home! The home itself was wonderful! It had everything I needed. I work night shift and the neighborhood was wonderful for day sleeping. Neighbors are quiet and so sweet! Honestly had such a wonderful time here.

I cant recommend this listing enough. I stayed here for seven months and loved every minute of my time here. Very spacious property, more so than any of the other Furnished Finders Ive stayed at. The extra room was great as a workout room and there is a sizable backyard, perfect for enjoying coffee before a shift or a cocktail after. The hospital is right down the road and Sedona, the highway, and more are nearby for weekend adventures. My favorite part of this rental was having R and M as landlords. They are both incredibly kind, generous, and attentive should you ever need assistance. The utilities were all seamlessly coordinated each month and the lawn was always well-kept. My lease renewal was a cinch and when I had a request to modify the lease after signing, they were all ears and more than willing to work with me. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcome, safe, and happy in this home. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you both!!

A wonderful stay!

We stayed at M and R cottage for 5 months and we are SO lucky we found it! This place was perfect and had exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was safe and in a good location- close to the hospital. M and R had great communication and always there if we had any questions or needed anything. We really appreciated having attentive and very very kind land lords!! They also made sure to spray for bugs and did the yard work which was an extra plus! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Wonderful, Cozy Home

Such a beautiful and cozy home! I absolutely loved staying here during my travel assignment and had such a great time here. The home has everything you could ever think of needing, which really made it feel like a home away from home! I loved that the bedroom had room darkening curtains - a real gamechanger for a night-shifter! And on days off, it was super easy to make the short drive to Sedona or Jerome and explore. Property owners were amazing as well - super friendly and accommodating with anything needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone coming to the Cottonwood area for travel!

Beautiful and Cozy Home Close to Everything

I rented this adorable house for my last travel assignment and had the best experience! The property owners are knowledgeable, friendly and were always responsive with anything I needed. The home itself is cozy with plenty of space and everything you need to live a comfortable life here in Cottonwood. There is covered parking in the driveway which makes for a comfortable retreat for your car from the sun. The two bathrooms each have their own large tub and shower perfect for a relaxing soak after my shift. The back patio was also a nice touch so we could sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The property itself is centrally located and it made it super easy to get to work as well as to explore other areas like Sedona. We highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Cottonwood area. It will not disappoint!
