Studio is new construction (2019), with great natural light next to our 1926 Spanish-style home; the terracotta roof/stairway create a Mediterranean feel. Good work-from-home set up with 400 GB high-speed WiFi on a dedicated network. Includes a full bath and kitchen, microwave, stove, mini oven, fridge, all wares/amenities, guest guitar, and access to our in-home washer-dryer and outdoor seating area / fire pit upon request.
Neighborhood overview
We are centrally located in LA's historic Fairfax District, a mile from Hollywood and West Hollywood, and just north of LA's Museum Row. The neighbor hood is extremely safe with many walking Jewish and other families of all ages. 24-hour security watch ensures safety. We have ample parking available at all hours, and public transportation is easy, reliable, and 2 blocks from us.

Fantastic Place in WeHo- Highly Recommend!
I absolutely loved my stay at this guesthouse in West Hollywood. The space was bright, well-lit during the day, and had all the essentials I needed (pots, pans, cleaning products, storage). It was also very clean and had quality furniture. The neighborhood was safe and very much a walking community. People were always out and about, and I felt comfortable walking around at night as a woman. Its in a great location being close to Santa Monica Blvd and good food spots. The homeowners were incredibly kind and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend!
