N is such an amazing landlord and the please is beautiful. Pictures truly don't do it justice. Great location and views. Definitely recommend renting this place. I will definitely be renting this place when if I come back.

Amazing place right by the beach

First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice! It's extremely spacious and open. The couch alone can sit like 10 people and both rooms are very large with king beds and plenty of storage space. The bathroom also has double sinks, and double shower heads. Everything is fully stocked including the kitchen. N is by far the best landlord I've ever had, and I've been traveling for almost 8 years now. He went above and beyond to make sure we always had everything we needed and is so nice and personable. His dog Tyson is also very friendly and was patient with my dog, who is very hyper and jumped all over him to play. The place itself is steps from cabrillo beach and numerous other beautiful spots and parks. Grocery stores and some really good restaurants close by, and a little market right across the street. Overall I can't recommend this place enough, it was a great stay!
