Beachside Bliss!

I loved living here. Just two blocks from the beach - It felt like a dream. The apartment is cozy, quiet, comfortable and well cared for. What made it even more special were M and T. They are incredibly sweet, caring and very generous - always checking up on me and often sharing homemade food and pizza. It felt more like family than just a rental. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Best First Travel Home

I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming place to stay! The neighborhood is very quiet, nice, and safe. M&T were the best hosts I could ask for! Anytime I needed anything they were quick to respond and very helpful. This was my first time traveling and their welcoming and kind attitude made it even better! The unit is just as pictured and exactly what I was looking for/needed. The beach is about a 2 minute walk away and it was always nice to grab dinner and take it out there to enjoy the sunset or get up early for a sunrise walk. Yale is a 10-15 minute drive away and there was never any traffic on my way in for night shift. The grocery store, laundromat, and other stores are within a 10-minute drive - very conveniently located but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. If I ever come back to Yale I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Perfect Space

This apartment is a hidden gem. The pictures are exactly what it looks like and it is in a great neighborhood. M and T are wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond and your amazing friendly neighbor. The house is close to the beach so it makes for great walks, and the neighborhood is extremely safe! M and T are more than happy to give you any recommendations and they also respect your privacy/space. It is about 10-15 min from Yale New Haven Hospital. Close to laundromat and grocery store. Also their neighbors are just as kind as they are. Would stay again!

A Wonderful Stay

Hi Everything about this stay was good. The commute to Yale was maybe 10 minutes. I loved having my personal space. I felt safe, the neighborhood is quiet. I work nights so that was very important to me. The place looks exactly like the pictures. A walk up to the beach. And Mike the owner is so helpful and nice. I will miss them.
