Perfect house & excellent owner

I cant say enough good things about this property! I had a massive lower level bedroom with a huge closet, private bathroom, lower level living room and a garage space all to myself. R made sure I had blackout curtains and he installed a smart TV in the lower level. The Wi-Fi is good and there is cable TV available. The shared kitchen has every small appliance imaginable and is well equipped for cooking. The shared laundry is upstairs for convenience. I enjoyed mornings on the deck and the walks in this family friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Everything you need is a short drive from the house including HyVee & Aldi grocery stores. Walmart & Target are on the edge of town near the Winona Hospital. There are fast food places (McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut) and Caribou Coffee just a few blocks away as well. I felt at home in this well kept property and R is a very accommodating host. I highly recommend staying here if youre in need of a home away from home while working in the area.
