Excellent 6-Month Lease for Outgoing Graduate Student

I truly enjoyed my time staying here! The location in squirrel hill is superb. The section of the house I stayed in had ample closet and storage space to facilitate a move to a new location. The housemates were extremely nice and the stocked kitchen and proximity to Squirrel Hill and the 71 bus routes made writing my thesis a breeze.

Amazing house

Loved my time here, such a beautiful home that was super cozy and walking distance to everything you would need. Loved the host Frieda and her dog, they made my stay very pleasant and I very much enjoyed the conversations and baked apples.

My time in pittsburgh

I rented the room in the attic for around 5 months. I had the best time in the house and felt very comfortable there. I also very much enjoyed my time with Freida and Electra. I am glad I chose to stay here.

Great location, friendly host

*Gorgeous* century home within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The backyard is private and comfortable. A washer and dryer are available at the location. The host is respectful and accommodating.

What a lovely place in which to live! Share this gorgeous 1900 era house, walking/busing distance to everything in Pittsburgh area. Master bedroom rental includes all furnishings, your own renovated spa-like shower/bathroom, and a separate sitting room with desk. Comfy bed, all bedding included (some new), towels and bath rug provided, in a light-filled space in safe, convenient neighborhood. Off-street parking, front porch and rear deck with outdoor furniture, and private, quiet yard. Modern kitchen redone like a magazine. Laundry on premises. "Downton Abbey" style dining room, stained glass windows, antique moldings, and fireplaces in every room! Friendly, warm owner....a good housemate, who respects your privacy. Sweet little resident doggo. Highly recommend this property!
