Great value place and great landlord

I stayed there for ~1.5 months and enjoyed my time. Ricardo was a great host - he addressed house issues very fast and kept the place clean. Always ample free street parking. I will choose this place if I return to Indy the next time.

Ricardo was a great host, very attentive and responsive throughout my stay. The place was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. I had a great experience overall, and the location, close to downtown, made everything even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

I stayed here while traveling for work. Stayed for 6 months. Ricardo was on point with repairs and help. Beautiful home never had any trouble parking out front. Big rooms with washer and dryer for everyone to use. Never had any issue waiting for showers and bathrooms since there is 2 full baths and half bath for one of the rooms. WiFi was great. Plenty of cook ware. Oh and the two fridges came in handy for all the meals I would prep. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a traveler

This was such a great home to stay in! Ricardo was wonderful! He was very flexible and let me stay with very short notice! This was the perfect place to stay for a quick travel rotation Indiana University! Quiet, clean, and cozy. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown!

Stayed here for 13 weeks for my assignment at IU health and it was amazing. I had no issues, felt safe and couldnt had ask for more. I will definitely be returning when next I work in Indy.
