Great stay!

First of all, J the landlord is the best person EVER! You won't find a nicer guy that will help you every step of the way. He was so kind and accommodating to whatever I needed. As for the place, very comfortable! The bathroom is small but nicely arranged and clean. The bed was a tempropedfic (sp?) mattress, it was almost too comfortable. The kitchen is set up nicely. I spent most of my time in here, the windows have a nice ray of sunshine coming in. Also - since the water is awful in LA, there is a water filtration system on the sink, which was a life saver! And last but not least, the backyard, is great to hang out in, especially when the weather is nice. There is also a washer/dryer combo (which is a huge bonus)!! Nevertheless, I would totally stay here again, it's safe, quiet and if you're up for it....it's not a bad walk to the Target.
