Nightmare Landlord & Property

This house was horrible to live in. The landlord kept renting one room out to gamers that screamed into their headsets all through the night, and another room was rented out to a girl that smoked weed any time she was there and the house reeked of it. Adam could not care less about the types of tenants he rented spaces to. Such a nightmare.

Great place

I stayed at location over the summer for 2.5 months. Adam was a great host and responsive to all of the tenants need. The place was was in a safe area and was well maintained. sat another nearby rental owned by the same company ; Hygge Homes. The location was also nice as it was close to the Domain but away from the main city traffic. Over all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend people to consider listings by the owner.

Location location

I stayed at another nearby rental owned by the same company ; Hygge Homes. The locations proximity to St Davids North and the domain were incredible! Not to mention being very responsive hosts (for example when I incidentally tripped a breaker they were there to fix it within a couple hours). And I cant forget to mention it was such a cleanly space. The perfect home away from home for me.

Great location and an even better stay!

The home is in a great location and accessible to everything in North Austin. A was attentive to my needs and was very hospitable. He communicated quickly and kept a very clean and well maintained home. My favorite part of the home was the cozy deck!
