I stayed at location over the summer for 2.5 months. Adam was a great host and responsive to all of the tenants need. The place was was in a safe area and was well maintained. sat another nearby rental owned by the same company ; Hygge Homes. The location was also nice as it was close to the Domain but away from the main city traffic. Over all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend people to consider listings by the owner.
I stayed at another nearby rental owned by the same company ; Hygge Homes. The locations proximity to St Davids North and the domain were incredible! Not to mention being very responsive hosts (for example when I incidentally tripped a breaker they were there to fix it within a couple hours). And I cant forget to mention it was such a cleanly space. The perfect home away from home for me.
The home is in a great location and accessible to everything in North Austin. A was attentive to my needs and was very hospitable. He communicated quickly and kept a very clean and well maintained home. My favorite part of the home was the cozy deck!

Adam
We are a small business headed by a physical therapist and a school teacher. We take pride in our ability to cater to the needs of others. We took these gifts to specialize in co-living, hospitality management. Owning a business has been very rewarding for us as we hand pick our tenants with relationships in mind. It's not just about a credit score, and we know the struggles of flexible arrangements.
