10/10. Beautiful Home!! Perfect if you’re going to work at the hospital near by. Owners are nice and respectful. I would stay again.

Great experience! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are working at St.Marys. You cant beat the commute. The landlords are super welcoming and helpful, and respectful of their tenants privacy. I will definitely try to stay here again if I ever find myself back in the desert.

This was a wonderful and amazing place to live. It was pretty sad to leave after staying here for 1.5 years. The landlords were awesome and diligent in ensuring a comfortable living space for their tenants. I loved the pool and hot tubdefinitely take advantage of those amenities while you can! I also loved how it was in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and it was a huge plus being just 1 minute away from St. Mary's. I would highly recommend living here if you're looking for a peaceful place to settle down. Living here was one of my highlights during my time in Apple Valley, and I would definitely live here again if I ever return!

Great area and wonderful people. House has everything you need and the landlords were always available if something came up. Landlords were respectful and super sweet. Totally recommend!

Amazing Place!!

Absolutely the best place I have stayed in my travels! Hosts are amazing, kind and helpful at any time! Everything is always clean, the property is immaculate and the pool is to die for...( it is the desert after all..). I will absolutely stay again if I am contracted there again!

Wonderful!

This property is beyond beautiful. Everything is brand new and in such great condition! The owners are beyond friendly, accommodating, and always available. Any problems they were extremely responsive and timely/prompt with correcting it. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and I recommend this place to everyone I know! You won't regret staying here.

Amazing rental experience!

This has by far been the best experience I have had renting for travelling. R and H are the nicest people and they are always available if you need anything. The house is beautifully decorated and clean, with a great kitchen if you like cooking. They rent out all three room separately so I only had to sign a lease for one room and my roommates were also travelers. The pool was great to have in the hot months and there are hiking trails in the desert within walking distance. St. Mary's is right down the street. I highly recommend renting this property, the pictures do not do it justice! Thank you so much H and R, you guys are the best!

Best place to stay in Apple Valley, CA

LOOK NO FURTHER, You cant find a better place or landlord to rent from than this in Apple Valley! I was one of their first tenants and this was an incredible stay, absolutely exceeding any expectations! It was a 3-minute drive to St. Marys Medical Center :) The place is clean and equipped with everything you would ever need. R and her husband H are very kind, respectful, and helpful. They will make sure you are comfortable in their home and are very responsive to any questions. The place felt very safe, cozy, and spacious. The whole home is well decorated and the outdoor space is so nice. Since they have their own living quarter through a separate entryway, you will rarely run into them - I basically had the space to myself since the other rooms were unoccupied when I was there. This was one of my favorite stays! Thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful experience, TT :)
