Jason's place was was perfect! Prime location within minutes of shopping and restaurants. I had a great cozy stay. I highly recommend :)

Home away from home

I stayed a total of 6 months and my stay exceeded my expectations. To start off, the location is great! Neighborhood is quiet and safe which was really important to me. Houston heights and TMC are at a close proximity as well. The neighborhood offers easy access to a biking/running trail, which is a plus. I also noticed that people around the neighborhood were always so nice and welcoming. The house is clean and has everything you'd need; fully functional appliances and great furniture. You can tell the attention to detail Jason has put in this place which definitely makes the place feel like home away from home. I can't express how great of a host Jason is. He always answers any questions/concerns at a timely manner and is very respectful and professional. Would definitely return to his place if I visit Houston again.

Great house, great location.

I had an amazing experience staying in J's guest house for 2 months. The house is built so efficiently, high quality, and has all the comforts you could want! The location is unbeatable as well. The house is right off of the running/biking trail, which was such a nice bonus, as well as close to all the best restaurants and social scene the heights has to offer. The location is also easy access to the 610 and I-10, getting you to anywhere you need to be Houston easily and quickly (though I found myself spending most of my free time in the Heights anyways :)) Jason was an incredible host, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Cant say enough good things about my time here!

Perfect Houston Stay

If you are looking for a long term rental that is cozy, convenient, and has everything you might need, this is the place! It's close to the medical center, downtown, and houston heights which is a very popular area. I enjoyed the walking trails which were less than a 5 minute walk from the house, or you can take a 10-minute drive to Memorial Park. There are several gyms less than a mile away, and grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and the owner J is very helpful with any and all needs! He was even able to ship a blender I accidentally left at the house. Cannot express how great this property and location is - thanks for the great stay J!

Amazing place to stay in Houston!!!

I cannot recommend this property or J enough! All furniture and appliances were high quality and I had everything I needed! Jason was very responsive whenever I had any questions, and when he heard it was my first summer in Houston, he went out of his way to send me recommendations (which were fantastic)! Location cannot be beat either- quiet residential area but a short drive to everything. Amazing stay!
