Private Apartment with Private Entrance

This is an apartment above our 3 car garage that is detached from the house so it is very private. There is a breezeway with a fireplace, grill, etc connecting the house and the garage. The Apartment is very roomy and has TV, WiFi, Cable TV, etc. There is a small Dorm-room like fridge, a microwave , a toaster oven and a coffee maker. There is no stove.
