Enjoyed my stay with Beth
This place was perfect for me. This was my first time using furnished finder and I had a great experience with Beth. The place was nicely decorated and had everything I needed. I loved the natural lighting, back patio and that the space had it's own private entrance. B made the process easy and she was very responsive when I had any questions about the property. I am a travel nurse and this was my first time living in California and staying in an area where it felt safe and I was comfortable was a top priority of mine. This place was in a perfect location , near many cute coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, etc. I felt safe walking around the area and never had any issues. I would gladly rent from B again if the opportunity arises. :)
Highly Recommend. Great Location & Host
Had a fantastic 5 month stay at this studio. It's a very comfortable space equipped with all the amenities you need. All the appliances are modern and well maintained and there is plenty of storage space under the bed, in and above the dresser, and in a nook above the bathroom. It's located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood and only a few minutes' drive to Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank. I was working in Pasadena and faced very little traffic during my commutes. It's also within walking distance to a couple pharmacies, Sprouts, and several cafe's, restaurants, and bars. The host is friendly and easy to talk to. They are responsive and accommodating should you need anything or have any questions about the property or the area in general. This was my 1st time staying in LA and felt like I lucked out with this place since I was unfamiliar with the city and didn't know anyone who could give me recommendations on where to stay. Highly recommend it and plan on staying here again!
