Exceptional

Loved my stay at Tim and Laurie's place. They had everything you needed, and it is located in a swesome location. Just minutes from the highway and shops, and perfectly situated just a few minutes from the main KC metro area. I worked in Olathe while I stayed here, which was just a 26-minute commute. The hosts were very responsive when I needed help and resolved my issues quickly. I would 100% stay here again. T and L are Wonderful

Quiet hide away

This lil basement apartment is a comfortable hide away for travel nurse. Tim & Laurie are fab landlords. Don't forget to enjoy the artwork...Laurie is awesome. Oh, you don't have to bring anything but your clothes and yourself literally. Thanx for providing a nice quiet space!

Fall stay

The owners were very nice and respectful with my 12 hour over night shifts. The place is as advertised and filled all my needs as a traveler. It is also a nice neighborhood and perfect location/ distance between lee's summit hospital and Kansas city.

Cozy stay

Tim and Laurie were amazing hosts, they were very responsive if I had any questions or needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

T and L and their lovely daughter were wonderful hosts!! I am a travel OT and spent 2 months in their apartment. The apartment was everything I needed, and cozy with all of L's beautiful artwork around to decorate. If there was any maintenance that needed to be done, T was on it that day. The neighborhood is quiet, with a few walking trails around. The apartment is in the middle of everything I wanted to go see, approx 15-20 minute drive from anything! I would stay here again if I am ever in Missouri. My favorite part was how easy it was to build a relationship with the host family, and join them in the back for a campfire.

As Advertised

The property was as advertised and matched the pictures on the website. When I did have questions or concerns, the landlords were responsive and considerate. They also checked in periodically to ensure there were not unaddressed issues. I had a pleasant stay and appreciated that the landlords were reasonable and accommodating. As long as there is communication between the landlords and the tenant when something unexpected is encountered, everything goes pretty smoothly, in my experience. I also appreciated that the lease agreement was easy to follow, both in reading and in meeting the requirements. Overall, I had a good time the summer I spent there, although those who want to host people or parties frequently may encounter more complications than I did.

Lovely Apt Stay

I had a wonderful 3-month stay at this apartment. The private entrance provided a sense of security and privacy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The convenience of having a parking spot right in front of the property was a huge plus, especially for someone who travels frequently. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. What truly made my stay exceptional were the owners. They were incredibly nice and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with outstanding hosts.

Phenomenal Hosts

T and L are phenomenal hosts. The apartment exceeded every expectation I had for housing. They were very kind and and truly genuine landlords. I felt welcomed and right at home on the very first day of my stay. T and L went above and beyond to add a holdiay flare to the apartment, which was so heartwarming. They were very considerate to let me know if I did'nt want the decorations they would remove them. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The onsite parking was a plus. I love to prep and cook my meals and the kitchen was very accommodating. The washer and dryer were convenient and easily assesible. My only regret is that my contract was for 8 weeks, and although the stay was short it was super sweet. I would hope that this bright, contemporary apartment is available if my travel adventures include the Kansas City area again.

Safe & Spacious for Solo Traveler

This was a great property to stay at for three months over the summer. It is spacious and has a nice layout; I never felt cramped. The suite is private from the rest of the house, aside from a shared washer dryer, which works very well. The space is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood not far from the hustle of Kansas City. A short 15 minute drive brought me to and from work each day. Longview lake is a very short drive away, where I often took advantage of the lengthy, paved trail. The unit had everything that I needed and more, and there is a reserved parking spot for the tenant. The hosts are very polite and accommodating, often checking in to ensure that everything is well with the unit and life in general. I would highly recommend this unit to a solo traveler looking for a safe, spacious place to stay for a few months.

Great place!

I stayed at T and L apartment for three months, and was so happy there! It was very private and spacious, and it came with all the furnishings I could need (and more!) The location was very safe, and it it was close enough to everything. On top of all that, Tim and Laurie were so friendly and commutative. They checked on me every couple weeks to make sure I was happy and warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend their apartment for anyone needing a place to stay!

Exceptional space and hospitality!

This is a fantastic apartment for a short or extended stay! Each room is spacious and included everything I needed to continue working remotely while traveling. With a separate entrance and a dedicated parking spot, this space provides the experience of living in a private apartment. The hosts made themselves available for questions, and were extremely hospitable throughout my entire stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to many local businesses and a short drive into Kansas City.
