Wonderful place to stay!!!

I'm so happy I found this place, it was amazing! The apartment itself has everything you need, the neighbors are very friendly and it's a short drive or walk to Yale New Haven Hospital! This apartment literally checked all of my boxes. The landlord is super nice, can be reached easily and I will do his best to accommodate any requests. If you're looking for an apartment, you better jump on this one quickly!!

Home away from home

My 3 month stay has turned into almost a year and I have enjoyed my "home away from home" immensely! This apartment has been beautifully remodeled. S is attentive to any requests, responds quickly, and is very respectful and accommodating. The property is impeccably maintained and is within walking distance of YNHH and minutes from Yale campus. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay including gorgeous natural lighting, black-out curtains for us night shift workers, comfortable furniture, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an enormous Jacuzzi tub that will melt away any stress from your day. I highly recommend booking your stay!

Quiet and Safe place

Staying here was safe and quiet. The landlord was very responsive to any calls or text I sent during my contract. Its really close to Yale New Haven Hospital which was convenient while I worked there. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything you would need for a stay there. My only complaint would be that I wish the landlord had put a couch or something in the extra room, sitting on my bed to watch TV or read a book got very old very quick.

SP. is incredible. He was very accommodating and fast to respond to any questions.He is flexible with check in and check out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was amazingly clean and had all the necessities one can need for few months. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, one can easily take a walk to Yale university and / or downtown. I really enjoyed spending time there with my family.

Nice Property; Rent at Your Own Risk

While the property is nice, and minutes from Yale; it's on the 3rd floor and overpriced. It is located on a dead end street, with a parking pad for 2 cars, on a 3 unit property. When I arrived, I was never told they were doing renovations on the 1st floor. I worked the night shift. So for the entire time I was there, I had to endure the inconvenience banging, commercial vehicles and dust for months. The owner did not want us to use a lot of water. He expressed that he did not want us to take baths because the tub was a soaking tub and used a lot of water; he was more concerned with how much the waterbill would cost. But come to find out, the tub was broken and did not work anyway; there was no way to drain the tub. The owner did not ever schedule a walk through when requested, he asked me to send a video, which I did. He did not do the walk through until 3 weeks later. He never sent a reason for why he kept half of my deposit ($650.00). Rent at your own risk.

Great stay, close to YNHH!

S is an excellent landlord and is very responsive. The unit is quiet with lots of windows and natural light. Walking distance to YNHH and downtown New Haven! I stayed here all winter and had everything I needed in a short term apartment.
