Amazing place to stay

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this property in Austin! The hosts were amazing- warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their kindness and communication made all the difference. The space was clean, thoughtfully set up, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was so nice having a washer and dryer in unit and a full size refrigerator! The neighborhood was super cute as well. Id absolutely recommend this rental to anyone; it was one of the best stays Ive had!

clean and cozy

My stay at the Quiet Efficiency Apartment over Garage ' was perfect. The owner was very kind and available for any questions or concerns. The apartment itself was a good size with all the necessities I needed. The bed was comfortable, the living room space was cozy and clean, and it even has a washer/ dryer. The neighborhood itself felt friendly and safe and there were always people out walking or running. I highly recommend this unit! Thank you, A, for being a wonderful host :)

Great Stay

The place is clean, well-furnished and is in a convenient location. I didn't have any issues with parking. The owners are very nice and easy to contact. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Great Place!

This place is perfect! They provide everything you could need minus personal items and both owners are incredibly nice and responded to any concerns promptly. I have no complaints at all, I couldn't have asked for better housing.

Great Find!

A was a great host! The apartment came with everything you could need besides your personal items. Always quick to answer whenever anything came up. Very convenient and quiet location as well. Sad to leave it!
