Awesome stay!
This home is so cozy and beautiful! This is the perfect place away from home. I have stayed here for a total of 6 months and have renewed a few times! Only reason Im leaving is because my contract is about to finish. Ive stayed at others places in Los Angeles but this one has been my favorite! I go on walks in the neighborhood and I feel safe. The owner has been so helpful and such a nice person! On top of everything the location is perfect. I get to work in downtown LA within 10 min for my morning shift. There are so many restaurants and beautiful parks nearby. I also love that it comes with a parking spot and a pool! This place is great for anyone traveling away from home. Im sad to be leaving and will miss this place! If I ever come back to work in Los Angeles I would stay here again! :)

beautiful house
This house is very well kept and the owner/housemate has kept it clean and cozy. I appreciate the opportunity to stay here. The communication throughout the rental process was very smooth and efficient, and I have not encountered any problem with my stay. The house is located in a quite and safe residential neighborhood, and its centrally located with very convenient access to highways or different parts of city.

beautiful stay!!
This home is so beautiful. It was the perfect stay for me and had everything I needed. The landlord and owner were very helpful throughout my stay and with the booking process. I and the nurse here prior would have loved to extend but I ended up signing a permanent lease elsewhere. For the price, this home is amazing and such a gorgeous place to return home to. It is conveniently located to both Santa Monica and more downtown LA. I loved having a parking space in the driveway. It was the perfect rental for me!! I am so thankful for this find!!

Fantastic Home
The home is perfect. When you walk in the home, it has a very beautiful nicely decorated living room. Theres a formal dining area, two bedrooms, a beautifully renovated bathroom and a washer/dryer. Theres also a drive way for parking and a swimming pool in the backyard. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area with some really nice cafes that are near by. Theres also a grocery store thats blocks away, walkable distance
