Solid rooms to rent

Great stay all around. The space is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient with easy access to everything in DC. Ron is a responsive and fair host who keeps things straightforward and respectful. Great for a short-term stay, not a lot of space in the room for a lot of things, but perfect for the bare necessities and keeping a cozy and home-y feel. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, reliable short-term place to stay.

Safe and great location!

This place is absolutely fantastic! A very safe and walkable neighborhood, within walking distance to grocery stores and a few restaurants! Ron is a fantastic landlord, always responsive to anything you might need. The shower is the best one in all of the places I've stayed, it has all the amenities you might need in a short term stay. I hated to have to leave! If you're considering this place just go ahead and rent it, you will not be disappointed!

Great space for traveler!!

Such a great space! Lived here a year and couldn't have been better. Great attention to detail (completely renovated, dimmers in all rooms, heaters, amazing very modern shower, mounted/turnable TVs etc). I never had to park anywhere but right in front of house for street parking before I began parking in the reserved spot for the house. Great security features (monitors on all access points, extra lock from inside only on door, security cameras for entire house) along with great neighbors that made me feel safe at all times around the house (single female traveler at this location). All the appliances you need (flat screen TVs, full washer/dryer, oven/stove, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, teapot, electric fireplace, bathroom exhaust/heater etc). Large spaces, used the bedroom as work from home office as well so plenty of space! Again, can't recommend this space enough, its perfect for a traveler.

Brand new and stylish

We stayed at R's during a recent contract in Arlington, VA. R was a great communicator and quick to respond to any issues that arose. The location is great, although parking is an issue in DC in general, we were always able to find parking nearby. The shower is amazing, the layout is perfect, brand new appliances and stylish decor made this place a great home away from home. I recommend R's place if you have a contract in DC or if youre prepared to brace a solid 40 min drive to Arlington, VA.
