Scenic Ranch Guest House-1BR with Pond, Pool & Fitness Room

10/10 recommend!

We have stayed in dozens of FF apartments over the years as we both travel professionally for work and this apartment was one of our favorites. It was very quiet, with ample space and V and his family respected our privacy. Simple and straightforward lease agreement. Beautiful views from the dining room and main bedroom as well. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location out in the country!

I needed an inexpensive furnished place to stay for a few months that was not too far of a commute to The Domain, and this was perfect! The property is rural and many acres (20, I think?), and you are welcome to stroll and explore pretty much all of it. My commute was only 20 minutes (sometimes 30 in bad traffic). The apartment itself is modest but very comfortable, and V was very attentive and responsive to any concerns. I enjoyed the "breakfast nook" style dining area. There's only a small refrigerator and no freezer in the unit itself, but V and his family are happy to share the full-size refrigerator/freezer in the garage below; it wasn't a big issue at all. The small towns of Hutto and Manor are nearby and fun to explore. Definitely have breakfast at Cafe 290 in Manor. I highly recommend this apartment!
