Favorite place
I loved this place, and it made my whole stay in Baltimore much better. The house is spacious, welcoming, and costumer-friendly. You can find all the amenities and equipment that you need. The kitchen is fully equipped (pans, pots, air frier, slow cooker, oven, microwave, spices) and it made me fall in love with cooking. The living and dining rooms are cozy and perfect to spend time/study in. The bedroom is neat, private, comfortable, and has a smart TV. And most importantly, the owners are very friendly and welcoming. They were always responsive when I reached out to ask any questions and offered great tips regarding the area and how to get the things I need. The property is a 7 minute walk from the Main Johns Hopkins hospital. The walk is mainly on a busy and vibrant street. So, I never felt unsafe or had any incidents. Plus there are several Johns Hopkins safety booths nearby. The house also falls within the area covered by the Hopkins Blu Jay shuttle. Great value for price.
Nice Place
I enjoyed this apt. and the nice roommates. I rented downstairs, honestly I think any of the four rooms would be great . The sounds of roommates were minimal, because the rooms were separated by the main floor. The upstairs BRs had the quicker assess to the roof top sitting area (but we were all welcomed and had access) The mattress in room was great, all decor is all cute! Kitchen is nice also, very pretty and stocked well. Parking is a challenge anywhere in Baltimore, but this honestly wasn't bad at all -- and I never got any parking tickets Plus plus plus! No parking permit required, which was nice. Security system is present and works well. And the best of all -- the landlord, so sweet and so reachable. I appreciated his kindness and promptness and patience with me since I am not really a city girl. Quick assess to Johns Hopkins, I walked occasionally, but just felt better driving to work, and I was there in about 2 minutes. Very convenient. You can't go wrong here.
