The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The space is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is downtown with groceries, restaurants, and breweries all within walking distance. L is a very attentive landlord and was always available when I had a question. I really enjoyed my stay in Everett and I would highly recommend this property.
Top floor view of city lights at night. Super quiet building. Everything a short-term/travelling preofessional would need to be comfortable is included in this studio apartment. Bonus is secure garage parking!
