Perfect place to stay for travelers!

Denzel was an awesome host! His tiny house was perfect and had everything you could need! Denzel was always just a text away if I needed something or had a question. The location was right by the hospital I was on contract for. Great place to stay! Felt very safe and comfortable! He had great recommendations for restaurants and places to go! I recommend this place to anyone!

Efficient place for solo traveler

This was a smooth and easy rental experience. The space is super compact without feeling claustrophobic, and absolutely met my needs, with all the desirable amenities for a busy traveler. Leasing from Denzel was straightforward, and a very pleasant experience. He arranged everything seamlessly online, and I was able to make all my payments through Venmo, which I really appreciated! He also was kind enough to send me a bunch of recommendations when I first moved in, to help me familiarize myself with the area. I didn't have any need to reach out during my stay, as I had no issues arise. However, the lease agreement laid out all the ways I could have if I had needed to. Definitely recommend this location if you're staying in the Omaha area for extended work. The rental price is absolutely worth the value.

Great house and rental

I was in the rental from January 2024 to April 2025. This house was the perfect rental for myself and met my needs while i was in the area for work. Denzel was always available and any issues were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and private place.
