100% would stay here again!!

I loved living here, Heather is fantastic to rent from. She will be as absent or as present as you choose. I liked the neighbors a lot and it's very quiet. I had no issues getting mail or packages. Condo is clean, safe and everything I needed including coffee maker and laundry room. Nice view of Hogtown Creek and local wildlife. Close to stores, my bank, and 15 minute drive to work. I loved Gainesville and working at Shands so much I extended my contract and Heather was kind enough to extend my stay. I hope to come back in the future!
