Downtown Living Long Beach Condo

Comfy spot

Great place to stay as a travel nurse right downtown Long Beach. Surprisingly, was a pretty quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Walkable to beach. There’s only one AC unit in the primary bedroom. Luckily, only stayed during the cooler months. Angie was very fast to respond when there was an issue. Would come back again!

I was lucky enough to find Angie's place while transitioning to Long Beach. Angie was always quick and responsive with any hiccups we ran into. The place is absolutely stunning. Everyone that came to visit was astonished with the decor, location and comfort of this place. Location-4th st in downtown Long Beach is the perfect placement. Far enough from the touristy spots (5 blocks from the waterfront) but close enough to all the shops and things to do. We also had 2 gyms within a 5min walk. Only about 25min to the airport which was a plus! The place - the king bed was so comfy!! The blackout curtains were extremely helpful with the different schedules my husband and I had. The murphy bed in the office was actually my favorite thing ever. I loved that I had an open office and then when people stayed over I just pulled the bed down. There was tons of closet space. The garage to store our stuff in was helpful and having a parking spot was great! Street parking was usually fine!

DTLB condo

My family and I really enjoyed this place so much! It is nicely decorated and there is a lot of space. It is walking distance to downtown Long Beach and the Pike. DTLB Condo is also an amazing host and is always there when you need help with something. We will definitely book this place again when we get the chance to go to Long Beach.

DTLB CONDO

A beautiful home, I stayed for 6 months with my family (Wife, baby and dog). We loved living here, DTLB CONDO is a great host and very responsible. Shes mindful of your needs and can see it in her home. Youll be taken cared of. I recommend getting the garage, street parking is tough.The location of this condo is a huge plus. Everything is walking distance. Pine ave, which is the main strip in downtown Long Beach is only .2miles away which is a 7 min walk. There you will find restaurants, coffees shops, gyms, bars and night life. The pike is .6 miles away (15 min walk)Theres youll find outlets (Nike, H&M, converse, etc) and the theaters Shoreline village is one mile away. (restaurants and the aquarium) Billie Jean library is .3 miles away. Finally, theres two parks that are walking distance as well. Lincoln park and Ceasar Chavez park. Both parks include a dog park. We will truly miss living here. We plan on coming back. Thank you youre awesome. My family and I appreciate you.

Lovely home!

One of our favorite furnished homes weve had the pleasure of staying at! Spacious, clean, gorgeous and an incredible location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and so much more. Landlord was promptly responsive and we are so grateful to her for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home! The garage was a luxury and took the stress away from having to find parking every day. The home is updated with stainless steel appliances and such comfy beds. We are sad we have to leave.
