Absolutely positive experience
I enjoyed by stay at this property. Place is in nice neighborhood. Landlord is an amazing person with lot of knowledge in wine making. If i am back in the area, will definitely rent again.

Private separate floor with two bedrooms and your own bathroom.
I stayed at this property for 8 months while I was teaching nearby. I loved the privacy and the space. It is a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking for you and any guests out front. Great kitchen and dining room. I had two rooms and my own bathroom in a separate area from the owner. Fully private. Fully furnished. Very comfortable. There is a lovely TV room in the basement as well and a nice living room. Those spaces are also also usable and comfortable.Ricardo is a great landlord. Super friendly and accommodating. I cant recommend the place enough. I was super happy here!
