Wonderful experience with the best owners!
I rented this house with two peers during our grad school rotations in Wichita Falls, and the owners of the house were incredibly friendly and accommodating. You can tell they put their heart into this home. It is beautifully remodeled, decorated, and furnished, and it was so nice to be able to come to a place that had everything we needed with all updated appliances for the 9 months we were there. The owners are pet friendly and had no issue with our dogs living with us. Also, the front and back yard were minimal upkeep because they have landscapers come regularly to take care of both yards. Anytime we had any maintenance issues in the house the owners promptly responded and sent professionals to the house for what needed to be fixed. They were even nice enough to get us a welcome gift and a Christmas gift. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this house, and I would 100% stay at one of their properties again in the future.

Wonderful stay
I stayed here for almost 11 months and have nothing but good things to say about the property, maintenance, and owners. It is very clean, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and it is located in walking distance of trails! The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Would stay here again 10/10.
