Dont pass this up.

I stayed in this unit for about 6 months in preparation for my relocation to Tricities. My landlord and lady were so accommodating, flexible, generous, and overall amazing people. Anything I needed, they made it happen and made my stay truly one I am grateful for. Everything was so convenient from the kitchenette to the in unit washer and dryer, to the storage space it was perfect and made it easy . Theyre very quiet people and respectful of your space despite living in the unit upstairs. Youll enjoy the morning smell of coffee and the amazing smelling meals that come from upstairs. 10/10 I recommend.

Great Experienxe

T and R were great hosts and go above and beyond for their tenants! The space is very well kept with all of the accommodations anybody could need. The pantry was well stocked before arrival and all basic needs were available on day one. The entire stay here was great in a nice area of town, close to everything you would need and T and R were respectful throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend this space to anyone.

Clean, modern, well-appointed

This property was truly my home away from home for half a year. R and T were the most attentive, considerate, and polite property owners I have yet to encounter. They were very easy to get a hold of, but also respectful of your rental space. All things that you would need are immediately available in the apt itself. On the move in date convenient food items/drinks/snacks were already provided so there was no rush to shop in the first few days. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a full set of utensils, cooking items, Keurig coffee machine, and much more. The apt deco really made you feel like home. The bed was very comfortable with an abundance of bedding provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the streets lined with other high-end homes. I worked in Richland while there so there was under a 20 minute commute to the hospital, but traffic was usually light. This apt is definitely a gem, and I highly recommend it.

Clean and quiet!

Very lovely lower-level apartment! Quiet, private, separate keyless entrance, amazing views of the twinkling Tri-Cities lights at night, right from your bedroom window (which has blackout curtains for night-shifters)! I can't think of a single complaint from my stay. T&R stocked the fridge and pantry with food basics so that I wouldn't have to go grocery shopping immediately, and they were always available for questions/help. I felt very safe in this neighborhood, and my cat and I both enjoyed the fireplace throughout the winter. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen and bath had every amenity I could have wanted. I spent quite a bit of time just enjoying the view! It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the house sits pretty high up on a hill, so all of the Tri-Cities area spreads out below you. You can see for miles and miles around! It's pretty magical when it all lights up at night.

The necessities, plus comfort

T and R have outfitted this unit not only to satisfy basic needs, but to create a space that is comfortable and enjoyable. It is located in a nice neighborhood, with an awesome walking trail adjacent to the home, plus extensive sidewalks to stroll. Their home is located rather close to a couple of different grocery stores.T and R were fabulous hosts and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be checking for vacancy if I return to the area!

Awesome place with a magnificent view

An excellent temporary home for travelers who like their privacy. With a separate door entry to the studio secured with digital entry for keyless entry. The place is very clean and equipped with the necessary equipment you need (keurig, microwave, stove, washer dryer) + a grill available at the patio should you wish to BBQ during your off days. Sit and enjoy the view of the night skies with their cozy outdoor furniture. T & R are very gracious host. The pantry was well stocked when we got in. We loved our stay there and would use them again if we have another assignment in the area.
