Nice house, partially redone inside. The floors looked like they had recently been replaced. There were large gaps and the laminations on the ends were beginning to come loose. The handle on the kitchen faucet was falling off and could not be tightened. The coffee table in the living room was extremely wobbly and loose. Large gaps around the back door. The back yard was full of a lot of broken glass, broken toys, pieces of plumbing, a small electrical circuit board, a broken light fixture, broken pieces of pottery, sharp small pieces of metal, etc. etc. We had 2 flat tires in a short period of time, so I checked the driveway closer and found a whole handful of old rusty nails. When the microwave quit working they replaced it promptly and whenever I contacted them about the lawn getting long they had it mowed and trimmed within a couple of days. We took some pictures of the things that we found , but I don't see any way to attach them.
