Alma is the consummate professional! She makes sure your needs are met and communication clear. Supplies and services were always made available and if there are an issues Alma is quick to attend to you and solve whatever is necessary! I highly recommend renting from her.

Great stay

This is the second time that I have stayed at one of Alma's properties in St Louis. I was a little hesitant about the shared accommodations as I have never had roommates before and like my own space. My bedroom was spacious and even had a washer/dryer in the room!! The only downside for me was the stairs, as the bedrooms are on the third floor. I'm not a spring chicken anymore and tend to be a little clumsy, so those were not great for me. Otherwise the home was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Awesome Experience

Alma has been an absolute rockstar from day one. She is kind, understanding, communicates quickly, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Renting from her has been such a smooth and positive experience. I really appreciate her! Just know you will get a workout, climbing the stairs loll but the house is overall cozy and comfortable. I feel safe here.

Great experience !!

We stayed at this location for the duration of three months and Alma was a great host. She provided everything necessary to be there for three months and the place was clean and spacious. There were no disturbances, neighbors were not disruptive. Towels as well as some other necessary supplies were provided and all amenities were available for use. Our stay was very peaceful overall and Alma was very accommodating. The Internet upstairs was giving us a little bit of issue reaching up there, but Alma was able to accommodate and rectify the issue. Had we extended our contract at the hospital we would have extend our stay there. Its a peaceful environment and if there are anybody else in the other rooms they dont bother you, they dont mind your business and theyre kind. And she has great communication letting you know whats going on, shell let you know if youre getting a housemate. Rooms are spacious. Overall I would highly recommend. Thank you Alma.

Great place to stay

I stayed here a full year. I was so surprised how spacious it was when I first walked in! Everything was clean and my roommates were always pleasant. I appreciated the keypad lock on my bedroom for extra security. I always felt safe walking to my car. A couple of times I requested something to be fixed/looked at and it was taken care of quickly.

Home Away From Home

This property was remarkable, spacious, and simply couldn't be any better location wise. This location is very accessible to anything 15 minutes away, but I was literally 5 minutes from SSM. The stairs are your only problem so if you're not in shape or have a knee problem, you'll be seeking a gym ASAP. It's 16 stairs to landing, and 16 stairs to the bedrooms. A was always responsive and communitive for any needs. My roommates and I always had great dialogue and we looked out for one another. I was very skeptical about living with anybody except my spouse, but I also was concerned about traveling to a new state with no reference or relatives. If I ever return, which is very likely, I would 1000% stay in any property that's owned by A. I sincerely appreciated my stay.
