The Perfect Place
This is the perfect place! It's the perfect balance of modern and cozy, and it has absolutely everything you could ever need. It's walkable to absolutely everything including night life, local hospitals, and parks. J is an absolute dream to work with. I didn't need much, but when I did he responded immediately and was willing to accommodate whatever I needed! If you're a night shifter, the bedroom is perfect as it gets super dark. I honestly don't have any complaints. Incredible location, incredible place, incredible property owner. I honestly don't think you'll find a better property than this. I wish I would have stayed!

The perfect apartment!
J'S place is simply perfect! It has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, theres a walk-in closet and the bathroom is big. The kitchen is well stocked. The apartment is walking distance from restaurants, bars and a couple of parks. People around are very friendly. J was an excellent host, very responsive and provided great service. We would love to come back!

Great Stay
Excellent apartment! Great lighting for someone that works night shift. Great kitchen and bathroom. High speed internet. Excellent owner. Highly recommend! I wish I would have stayed!!

Super cute updated condo in downtown Chatt. convenient location and updated kitchen appliances. super close to large green space (sculpture park), great for a dog walk! highly recommend if traveling/moving to the area!

Wonderful apartment!
This apartment has everything you need! It definitely feels like a home away from home. Everything is new and clean and located in a great spot near amazing restaurants and a cute park. We definitely enjoyed our time at this location. The property owner is also great, very thoughtful and communicative. The place comes stocked with cleaning and laundry supplies. I wish all my stays had been as nice as this one!
