Charming 1BR Apartment - 5 Minutes to...

Excellent stay!!

As a former employee of an Airbnb company here in Jacksonville and someone who worked as a property inspector, I can confidently say this home exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall presentation of the apartment. The host has been incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs throughout my stay, creating an experience that feels both comfortable and well cared for. What stands out most is the consistency—the home has remained exceptionally clean and well maintained the entire time. I have been a long-term tenant for over a year, and any questions or concerns I’ve had have always been addressed promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. It is rare to find a host who maintains such a high standard of hospitality and responsiveness over an extended period of time.
