Basement Apt while working at Castle Rock Adventist

S and N are great hosts. I mostly communicated with N and she has been very nice and accommodating. The basement suite is newly constructed. Only cons are no windows except one in the bedroom and you can hear them upstairs when they are here. Has not been a problem as they have never been loud. They are respectful of my privacy. I share the first level with them when they are here and have it to myself when they are not here. Their primary residence is outside of CO, so I often have the place to myself. Bathroom/shower and own washer/dryer in the basement are great as you can see in the photos. I use the kitchenette area in the basement. I brought my own air fryer and instant pot. Have own microwave/refrigerator in the basement as well. Access to the kitchen on main floor gives you have everything you need. Exceptionally neat and clean. Parker is such a quaint, growing town. I so enjoy the area and all Colorado has to offer. Highly recommend and I hope to be back some time!
