Comfortable, clean, great location & people
If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Detrick and his family went above and beyond to make my stay great. As a young woman traveling alone, safety was my top priority and this stay delivered on that and more. The neighborhood is great for an evening walk. The house is always clean and welcoming. I had plenty of room for all my belongings. Most of all, the people are just really good people! I cant recommend it enough!

The best place to stay, classy and cozy.
It is very comfortable and beautiful property at a safe and nice location. I got to stay in the sweet potato room. The best room in the house. I really enjoyed my stay and the Landlord, Detrick is a very kind, friendly, accommodating, respectful and nice person. Detrick's family are the kindest people l have ever met, I will love to stay here again when next I have something to do in Louisville.
